Extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service.. Product promised with two day deliver.. it came late (but it wasn’t Lacoste fault, it was UPS fault).. Quality also disappointed… the closest location I have to a Lacoste store in Miami is 23 miles and I can’t go to the Mall to return the product because it is a Lacoste policy (outlet are not allowed). Then the day of the deliver the box was damaged because of the rain and again it is not Lacoste fault… then I have to go to a UPS store and buy a box to return the product to you guys.. I spend thousand of dollars every year buying your products and you cannot even have a courtesy of giving a partial refund for my time and inconvenience? Good bye guys.. you guys just lost a customer..

It wasn’t the expected material as usually Lacoste Sport products have in tennis. Material is not comfy for a hot weather. It will be returned to the store.
